US defence secretary Robert Gates says Libyan troops are placing bodies at the sites of coalition air strikes and then blaming western forces for their deaths.

The accusation comes as France says its fighter aircraft have destroyed at least five Libyan government warplanes and two helicopters near the city of Misrata.

He said numerous intelligence reports suggested Mr Gaddafi’s forces were collecting the bodies of the people they killed in their assaults and dumping them at the sites of allied strikes.

Asked if Mr Gaddafi’s days were numbered, he said “I wouldn’t be hanging any new pictures if I were him.”

Deception is frequently employed by America’s enemies. It is quite obvious that the Libyans have observed American liberals carrying out their means of deception with Osamacare, the deficit, and other important issues of today. Hussein Osama is the pioneer of manipulating numbers to suggest something different than what is actually occurring, with the Congressional Budget Office being his foremost servant on tricking all American age groups into thinking they’ll be receiving superior coverage (when the only people who will actually benefit from this plan will be people on welfare). Gaddafi takes this same manner of deception one level further: he slaughters his people, then places them in high-value military targets to make our military appear culpable. It is a plan which is executed far better than Osama’s plan, yet a plan which still bears his taint. Its origins are, at the latest, during the Gulf War, when Saddam Hussein tried to pull a similar tactic (possibly in order to get Bill Clinton elected, who would then allow Osama bin Laden open season on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon).

My theory on why Hussein Osama and the rest of the Marxist population at large love to do these sorts of manipulations is to lend credence to their postmodern, secular humanist agenda. Since numbers do not mean anything in this world, they say, we must therefore distribute goods from each according to his ability to each according to his need. Since the universe is composed of the same components and rules, they say, it is possible for us to enter “outer space” and land on the moon. Since everything can be manipulated, they say, there is no supreme being but your Marxist ruler.

I grow tired of Muslim manipulations and liberal lying leading to the deaths of innocents through no fault of their own. This is why we Americans must embark upon the slaughter of every Muslim and liberal until their ideologies are only remembered derisively in the history books. If you do not wish to have your children become a mere statistic in the service of denigrating America, then you must demand your local, state, and federal governments to make liberalism and Islam a capital crime.

 In the face of one unspeakable tragedy after another, the vexing question of God and evil, once again, is undoubtedly in the minds of many. How could a merciful and powerful God countenance such hideous instances of evil in the world?

Surely, the present tragedy affects the lives of  each and every one of us, placing additional emphasis on the gnawing question of God and goodness.

In the weeks following the Haiti earthquake, I tried to help readers of this blog, myself included, come to grips with the baffling problem, which even believers in God’s goodness wrestle with. At a loss to address the question myself, I deferred, in my post of February 2, 2010 (“An Interesting Perspective On The Haiti Tragedy”), to Michael Cook, at MercatorNet.com. I recommend a second reading of that post.

The devastation in Japan reminds us of our human frailty, and of the stark truth that, natural evil is and always will be a threat. We can not discern the will or mind of God, but Christians believe firmly that He is not the author of evil.

Despite their sound reputation for preparedness, it is foolish to think that the Japanese government could have done more to protect the people of Northern Japan. Natural evil of this scope and magnitude is plainly the consequence of living on a planet which is geologically and meteorologically subject to disastrous events at intervals not precisely understood by earth scientists. Our vulnerability to natural disaster has been a given down through the ages.

Regarding the universe, we are very small and frail. Those of us who believe in God, realize that God gave us minds and souls to understand our purpose in the universe. We recognize our weakness, but we are aware.

Our freedom to choose good over evil is a responsibility shared by all, whether we are religious or not–whether God exists or not. Free will, whether we are religious or not, is the most common cause of our moral blindness. Isn’t it man’s indifference to evil which is the foremost reason for the spread of evil in the world?

We alone, are responsible for goodness in the world. We can’t expect God to magically protect us from our own brokenness.

Whether we are religious or not, striving for goodness in our everyday lives challenges us to make a positive difference in this wounded world. This is the essence of free will. It is the essence of coming into the grace of God.

Those of us who believe in God, can take solace and direction from a God who has set us on a path in life, and guides us in our daily walk.

Education, after all, is about forming the human person and imparting knowledge and wisdom. Is true wisdom not about knowledge of God?

As a young boy, I was taught by dedicated men and women who had taken sacred vows to devote their lives to the service of God. I am forever grateful to them, and I give thanks and praise to God for their great calling. These men and women consecrated their lives to God through loving and faithful witness to Christ, the supreme Teacher.

Our teachers provided us with hope….”For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.” [Romans 8:24-25].

Like Jesus’ deciples, many of these teachers, including our host, carried the truth of the Gospels to far-off lands with Spirit inspired missionary zeal.

The Bible is replete with testimony on the virtue of hope. “Hope” is a recurring word in the Bible. We find, in several passages, that, the words “faith” and “hope” are interchangeable….”But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear: [1 Peter 3:15]

Note: ( ”Fear” in the Biblical sense is defined as, awe and reverence of and to God).

Paul makes clear to the Ephesians, that, before their encounter with Christ, they were “…strangers from the covenants of promise, having, no hope, and without God in the world: [Ephesians 2:12]

To the Thessalonians, Paul says: “But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.” [1 Thessalonians 4:13]

Christians know, (many in general terms), that they have a future in Christ…they know that their lives will not end in emptiness. The “dark” door of the future  has been opened to us, presently, in Christ Jesus. God bless all those who have selflessly imparted this wisdom to others, and who have resolved to lead us to Him.

In Ephesians 2:12 Paul reminds his listeners that, prior to encountering Christ, they were, “…strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world.”

Then, as now, Christians were joyful and confident in their belief in a glorious future. Then, as now, they had no idea regarding the details of the reward which awaited them. But they knew, as do we, that, in Jesus Christ, their lives would not end in emptiness.

The “door” of the future is opened to us in our magnificent hope. Accordingly, we live differently, joyfully anticipating the gift  of a new life…a gift we are promised as a result of our personal encounter with Jesus Christ…an encounter we must, as Christians, extend to many others. The hope which has redeemed us , we cannot keep to ourselves. We cannot fail to show it to many among us who yearn for the Truth.

Words simply do not do this song justice. If the the rest of this nation had even a thousandth of the patriotism and love that this couple had, Jesus could send everyone in it to heaven.

The imagery in this song is truly beautiful; believe it or not, the liberals of our country harbor absolutely no knowledge on how to walk through an open door. The statement applies metaphorically, as liberals only care about helping lazy junkies and the generally worthless; yet it also applies literally, as liberals are always too intoxicated or ‘blotto’ to even get from point A to point B without incident. However, my favorite image of this song deals with hunting skunks. Sarah Palin has undoubtedly slaughtered many a skunk for glory and perhaps ecumenical reasons, and knows that exterminating a skunk will cleanse the entire area for a period of time. This is exactly what needs to happen to Washington; at the risk of being politically incorrect, dare I say that the American people are beginning to take their imagery in a literal sense? Dare I say that this change is a good thing for America?

How do we know that words mean anything? Coming from Democrats, RINOs, Harvard lawyers, and the rest of the Profligates, they certainly don’t; yet when they resound from Tea Party Christians such as Sarah Palin, these words bring comfort and a sense of resolve. When Sarah Palin says she is going to do something, she is going to do it. The song hints that she’ll throw all of Congress in jail (of course excluding obvious patriots such as Steve King and Jim DeMint); by stating this, she puts forth an ultimatum to Congress to stop taxing the American people, persecuting the successful, and promoting godless Ivy League fornicatorial values over the values of the Heartland.

One point which may confuse newer Tea Partiers, and will certainly confuse the Dissolute is that the song hints that it will be “cold as hell” when Sarah takes office. This is NOT an implication that a Palin presidency would be hell; rather, it emphasizes that as a member of the executive branch, she would be the executor of God’s plan and the executor of the demons who oppose God’s rule. What Palin and Satan both have in common is that they are both servants of God; however, as a willing servant of God, Palin should be honored.

God bless this couple, God bless Sarah Palin, God bless America, and God bless all of the bears who still hunt skunks.

“Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” [Matthew 28: 19-20]

In order to remain faithful to this calling, we do well, in contemplating the words of 1 Peter 2:9:

“But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;…”

Or, to these words from Acts 2:17-21:

“And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

“And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:

“And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:

“The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and notable day of the Lord come:

“And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” [Also, see Joel 2: 28-32].

As John reveals in 1 John 4:15-17, “Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.”

“And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love ; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.”

“Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment : because as he is, so are we in this world.”

“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”

“He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.” [Mark 16:15-16].

Thus, God’s Word has been handed down to the present generation. Christianity is the word of God made manifest. As we’ve seen, the Word is divinely inspired. It is not mundanely derived from mere written words. Rather, it is the living Word of God revealed to us by Jesus Christ. Words, which, as Christians, we must proclaim.

The Gospel is the “new law,” given to us by Jesus Christ. Heeding God’s Word directs us to live in accordance with a natural Law which was “written” on human hearts. [Romans 2:15; 7:23]

I pray that we, the Body of Christ, consecrate our lives to God, through loving and faithful witness to Him. What God desires, is that we become holy. Let us grow in holiness, trusting in God alone in our everyday walk. It is He who invites us to respond to His great love.

Let us share with everyone we encounter, the truths and values we have received through our Christian education…Let us grow in holiness.

While each of us desires happiness, tragically, many never find it. Principally, because we search for it in the wrong places. True happiness can be found in God alone; not in money, or in a career, or in worldly success. Only God, when we turn to Him, and ask Him into our lives, can satisfy our deepest needs.

God desires our friendship. Once we accept His friendship, our lives begin to change. As we come to know Him, we then desire to reflect His infinite goodness in our own lives, and to share His Truths with others.

Our prayers go out to all who lost their lives or were wounded in the senseless Tucson tragedy, and to their families and friends.

Christina Taylor Green will live on in the person of the little girl who’s life was saved when Christina’s parents donated her organs for transplant. I hope Christina’s parents will form a lasting relationship with the parents of the recipient. If  the passing of this precious child brought tears to the eyes of total strangers, we can only imagine the depth of her families sorrow. The strength that her Mom and Dad, and older brother displayed to the world, in the aftermath of this tragedy, is inspiring. In the words of my close friend, Al Ditomasso, “She’s in the best of hands,—she is with Jesus.”

“Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? Let him show out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.”

“But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth.”

“This wisdom decendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.”

“For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.”

“But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.”

“And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.” [James 3: 13-18].

Paul expounds on the “wisdom” of the “philosophers” in the following verses of scripture:

“But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: For they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.”

“But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.”

“For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.” [I Corintheans 2: 14-16].

The Spirit of God’s wisdom, revealed to us by the prophets, illuminates to us, the wisdom of His Word. God exposed the worldly “wisdom” of the first century philosophers who saw the wisdom of God as folly:

“For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.”

“For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.” [See: Isaiah 29: 14].

“Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?” [I Corintheans I: 1: 18-20]. 

It is our religious faith, founded upon immutable tenets of Scripture, and all that is known about Jesus’ walk amongst us, which enlightens us, as Christians, to the trancendency of God. This knowledge inspires and purifies our hearts, directing us to a life of integrity, in which we seek nobly and generously, to reach out to one another in love, seeking to benefit the entire human family.

In so doing, we reflect , magnificently and gloriously, a trancendent dimension as human beings; one in which we demonstrate our call to holiness in the service of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

And yet, we may ask: “What is the consummate meaning of our human existence?

Augustine, in the fifth century, described this search. He said: “Lord, you have created us for yourself and our hearts are restless until they rest in you.”[Confessions, Book I, 1].

This initiative lies not so much with us, but with God, Himself. Rather than, we who seek Him, it is moreso, He who seeks us. Wasn’t it He, who placed that great longing for Himself deep within our hearts?

I would like to address two concerns about this policy. First of all, there is the valid claim of the TSA being an inefficient organization. The remedy is to privatize the TSA; this will bust any lazy union workers holding up the process just to get a pay raise, while private organizations have greater incentive to increase security measures while decreasing the amount of time one spends in lines. Secondly, there is the issue of perverts attempting to grope sexual organs in these patdowns. My solution to this remedy is simple: we require individuals to step inside a dark container, where nobody else can touch or witness another’s sexual organs. The individual will be required to strip naked and hand his/her clothes out to the private TSA agents via a chute. Following this, the individual will be doused with water and be rubbed over by metallic hands. The hands can detect and remove anything strapped down to the individual, while the clothes will be examined by a panel of private TSA agents. This panel will be conducted within eyesight of the public, just to ensure that these agents aren’t trying to pull a prank.

My solution has several benefits which should not go unnoticed. First of all, the agent can examine the clothes to search for evidence of masturbation; the perpetrators of the vile act can then be executed on the spot. When the metallic hands rub over the individual, there will also be less worries of sexual stimulation; if stimulation does occur, then that is evidence of a morally weak individual, and should result in the individual being sent to either a sexual purity camp or the death chambers.

We could also take the additional precaution of handcuffing all passengers on the plane, just in case something slips by. It may not be necessary, but it is always better to be safe than sorry.

Americans have consistently shown that they are willing to sacrifice a little liberty in exchange for a lot of security. Their only concerns come from unwanted sexual stimulation and malicious union members. My plan adequately considers all real concerns, and addresses them appropriately. It should appear reasonable in the brains of everyone except for the terrorists/liberals, and that is why this plan will succeed.

Truly, the Kingdom of God is already in our midst! Our hope and faith in Christ’s Word, and in His promises, is a hope and faith which will never disappoint.

 Luke, Chapter 10, is a vivid assurance that, Christ continues to send forth into the world, those who, having received Him, are on fire to proclaim the Truth of His Gospel, and of His Kingdom, which is to come.

Christian evangelization is all the more vital in contemporary times, when a “storm of relativism” is resolute in attempting to obscure and denigrate the enduring and immutable truth about man’s nature and ultimate destiny.

Relativist entities seek to bar religious belief and discussion from public discourse. They paint it as a ‘menace’ and peril to liberty and equality. They refuse to recognize that, religious faith is, rather, a guarantee of credible and authoritative respect for liberty and equality.

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.” [Romans 1:16]

It is, in fact, a Christian foundation in America, which underpins the freedoms which we treasure as a nation. The aggressive forces of secularism must recognize that, our traditional values and ethics, as a people, which they seek to undermine, were formulated, based upon a Judeo-Christian philosophy.

“…pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.” [Luke 10:2]

We pray, therefore, that the Lord of the harvest will send laborers to His harvest. Indeed, Spirit inspired ambassadors for Christ are central to the expansion of Christianity and to the saving of souls.

Let us resolve, in our walk with the Lord, to instruct and encourage those who seek Truth, to grow in the knowledge of God. Let us pray, also, that they gain in wisdom, so that they too may herald the Truth of Jesus and the power of His Gospel.

However, some liberals have clearly regressed to the level of the Original Treefrog since the renewal of the PATRIOT Act. Let’s see how God has punished each of those who voted against its renewal (aside from Feingold, who I have already mentioned):

Daniel Akaka – still present, but will soon be struck down by old age; called out as an ineffectual idiot
Jeff Bingaman – retired
Robert Byrd – struck down by the LORD for his various crimes
Tom Harkin – will soon have his precious Americans With Disabilities Act struck down by Rand Paul and a Republican Congress
Jim Jeffords – God gave his wife cancer as punishment for being a traitor to God’s Party and for this vote
Pat Leahy – Symbolically killed by The Joker to foreshadow his ignoble demise
Carl Levin – given poor eyesight and subject to Jewish jokes
Patty Murray – may lose her Senate seat to Dino Rossi. If she doesn’t, then it was a clear warning from the LORD.
Ron Wyden – got his Socialist health care proposals laughed out of Congress

Four, maybe five, of the ten Senators who voted against the renewal of the PATRIOT Act have been booted out of office as divine retribution for their sins. Five, maybe four, others suffer or will suffer in various ways for this vote which they had not suffered previously. The final Senator, Carl Levin, follows the same false religion as Feingold does, and will be subject to due punishment within the cleansing fires of Hell.

The LORD clearly understands the necessity of securing Americans by any means necessary, and He punishes the most prominent voices against security severely. It is no coincidence that Barack Obama endorsed the PATRIOT Act of 2010, possibly because he is well aware of the LORD’s specific endorsement of this legislation. Nor is it any coincidence that Democrat votes were co-opted into voting for the legislation by including it in a health care bill, the Democrats’ crack cocaine. (The reasons the Democrats did this remains unclear to me; perhaps they tacitly recognize the reality of the LORD, and cowardly scamper towards Him for a brief moment in order to get their Socialist health care bill passed.) The Tea Party revolution we have witnessed is simply God’s punishment to liberals for rejecting the PATRIOT Act. Until they renounce their support for tacit Islamofascism, illegal immigration, their love of impersonating Red Cross members, and the rest of the nonsense the PATRIOT Act attempts to contain, then they will continue to suffer losses by the hands of God. That is a promise.

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath annointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised.”
