I think that my retort is ample refutation:
That’s a shame that William Jefferson lost. He was the most honest Democrat I’ve ever known, which isn’t saying much. Also, looking at Cao’s background, I cannot say that I can support a Vietnamese refugee in our Congress. Such actions are dangerous to take.
Oh, and this is comedy gold:

Pro-lifers don’t put their hands in other people’s pants or vaginas. In fact, we strongly favor execution of those who do. Then again, this quote DOES prove that Democrats, as a party, are nothing but crooks.
I supported William Jefferson because he was the most honest Democrat. This moron supports him because of his… ABORTION STANCE?!
The Vietnamese are dangerous. Vice President Cheney needs to throw them all in internment camps, and then kill them all. It would be a great thing for him to do before he leaves office.

Although I disagree with Pokey, he has a very valid point. Communism can often remain as a dormant virus for many years, only to contaminate its possessor years later.
Ultimately, the fact that Cho is Vietnamese is invalid. We just have to pay closer attention to his voting record while he is in the House. The fact that he comes from a moonbat district is also worrying.

Cole is not far-left. He has migrated from center-right to center-left. If Cole is far-left, then that term has no meaning. His was one of the original Pajamas Media blogs and has retained, I understand, a very cordial relationship with them.
